A coverage model is usually inherited rather than designed. Sites get added, a call rotation gets patched, a ratio gets agreed in a meeting nobody minuted — and years later the model in force is not the one anybody would choose, and no single person can describe it end to end.
We map what is actually being covered: which sites and rooms, by whom, at what care-team mix, with what ratios, and how call and relief are carried. Then we set that against the list you actually run, rather than the one the contract assumes.
The output is the coverage model on one page, with the places it does not fit the schedule marked. Some of those cost money and some of them cost people, and they are rarely the same places.
